Fefdy Mentor is a secure, easy-to-use application built exclusively for school faculty and administrative staff. The app helps teachers manage classroom tasks, review leave requests, monitor syllabus progress, and view student activity reports.
Student learning activities are completed using one of the following platforms:

Key Features
Data & Privacy
The Fefdy Scholar iOS app itself does not collect personal data directly from the device. Teacher email addresses and phone numbers are collected during onboarding via a secure web platform and are used only to authenticate and link accounts within the app.
Any student-related information — including attendance, homework, and local assessment records — is tracked and managed only by authorized teachers within this application. Student activity reports displayed in the app are generated from events recorded in the Fefdy Scholar Android app or via the web portal.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
- Do i have to login in the app?
- Yes. Use the credentials provided by your school administrator. If you don’t have credentials, contact your school admin.
- Reports aren't updating — what should I check?
- Confirm that student activity has been completed via the Fefdy Scholar Android app or the web portal and that syncing is enabled. Also, ensure you have a working internet connection.
- Does the iOS app collect student data directly?
- No. The iOS app displays student reports generated by external platforms; it does not collect student personal data on the device.
