Fefdy Scholar is an educational Learning Management System that supports students across Grades 1–12. The app delivers curriculum-aligned videos, PDF chapters, flipcards and progress features to help schools, students, and parents engage more effectively.

- Account & Access: School-provisioned accounts, login help, password reset (accounts are managed by your school administrator).
- Profile Management: Updating name, address, phone number, and profile photo (photos are stored on our servers and used only within the app).

Please contact our support team and include as much information as possible so we can help quickly. If your account was provided by a school, contacting the school admin first often speeds resolution.

We aim to respond to support emails as quickly as possible. For school-wide or account provisioning requests, your school's administrator may coordinate directly with us for faster handling.
Privacy & Data Handling
Profile photos and profile data are stored on Fefdy Go servers and used only to display profiles within the app. We do not share profile photos with third parties except as required by law or as requested by the school that created the account. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
