This is a Learning Management System application developed specifically for School Students.
This app primarily contains contents of videos that teaches the children on English, Maths, and General Awareness along with many other features. To make better understanding of below explanation. In Playstore, We have published 3 game apps focused educational. The apps are listed below.
1) "Kids Game: Toddlers 2-4" --> For PreKG children
2) "Kids Game: Toddlers 3-5" --> For LKG children
3) "Kids Game: Toddlers 4-6" --> For UKG children
1) User can change the following values at any time -> Profile Picture, Phone Number, Address, and Name of the Child.
2) Our Fefdy AI is powered by Open AI's ChatGPT. It gets the question from user and gives response accordingly. Or user can speech the question where speech will be converted to text and sent to ChatGPT AI.
To avoid inappropriate response from ChatGPT, when sending the question we are rephrasing in a way "Explain the following question only if the answer is suitable for (3 - 6 year old children)".
so AI will respond appropriately to the child.
3) Flash cards for english alphabets with examples using multiple categories.
4) Discussion forum, it is a Group chat between Parents and class teacher(Group chat only for same class and same section). In which teacher can inform any updates to parents.
Note: it doesn't connect an user with another user individually. It just connects all of the users(Parents of Students) of same class and same section.
5) There is a button called 'Fefdy' available in the homepage. It promotes our company's other Products.
6) To some these video contents we have Game activities that is scattered among 3 game apps. Those apps are developed specifically for game activities.
Based on the user type(i.e. Standard), any one of these apps will open a game activity that is related to that topic from our Fefdy Go app.
7) Notifications will be sent only by teachers not the users. In which, Teacher can send homework to the users. It can be either texts or images.
In our app, we have implemented a concept of Kid and Parent user. A user can switch between Kid and Parent account anytime. But when switching to parent account, the app will ask for password to switch.
Restrictions between Kid and Parent.
1) our Brand icon which will show the list of buttons with link to visit our social media accounts.
2) Popup Ad that will show every other 15 mins. Kids friendly ads only. If an user touches the Ad it will redirect to our Website.
3) Can Add/Change a Profile Picture.
4) Discussion Forum with voice Recording on Tapping the Button to Record & Stop.
5) Redirecting to Game activity will switch to any of the Game apps.
We have put logic in the following way to make sure it doesn't show inappropriate content for Kids.
1) Brand Icon:
Buttons will show but will not redirect
2) Popup also will show but not redirect
3) Can View the Profile picture but not change it
4) Discussion forum not even viewable
5) Redirecting to Game activity will not work.
We are collecting below list of information.
Name, Email, Phone No, Grade, Date Of Birth, Username, and Password.
Profile Picture and Discussion forum, and Voice Recording in discussion forum.
1) Name is used only for showing the name to user when accesing the Profile. Also for identifying the user.
2) Email id is the way to inform the user that they signup to our Fefdy application. Also for identifying the user.
3) Phone No is used only for showing the name the user when accesing the Profile. Also for identifying the user.
4) Grade is used for identifying how many users signup among different Grades.
5) Date of Birth is check whether the user is Valid.
6) Username is for secure Login.
7) Password is for secure Login.
The above user details are collected from Schools are registered by School Management through our web application. For this type of user, their data will be deleted at the end of academic year.
1) Voice recording:
ChatGPT AI:
This data will be sent to Google API for recognition. So the audio file is not sent to our server. The identified text message only will be sent to our server.
Discussion Forum:
This data will be sent to our server so that we can show this audios on the chat. It is not used for anything else.
2) Profile Picture is just used for showing on the app's Profile page. It is not used for anything else.
3) Discussion Forum, all the messages from here will be sent to our server. Just to show the messages between the users. It is not used for anything else.
